This grotto in north east WA is the site of the first St. Spokane Public Library. 2 — Lee McGowan, a 76-year-old woman with a sharp eye, a quick wit and elegantly penciled eyebrows, took me to jail this morning to meet her elves. The Manresa Grotto is free to visit and is located in Kalispel Country on the Kalispel Indian Reservation. It may not be the most spectacular cave you will see, but the way it is carved out is pretty cool. 8315°E.
